The Regional Excellence Project Assessment & Rating involves a rigorous process consisting of three rounds. Each round is focused on the presentation of a detailed case study by the participants, which is then meticulously evaluated by a panel of expert jurors.
 
First Round: Participants submit their case study using the Nomination form, highlighting key aspects of their project, including objectives, methodology, and outcomes. The jury assesses the case study based on clarity, relevance, and alignment with regional excellence criteria.

Second Round: This includes addressing specific questions posed by the jury, showcasing the strategic and architectural elements of their project, and demonstrating how it aligns with the broader goals of enterprise architecture.
 
Regional Final Round: In this decisive stage, the remaining participants present a refined and comprehensive version of their case study. The focus here is on the execution and impact of the project. The jury evaluates the long-term value, innovation, and sustainability of the project, ultimately determining the regional excellence rating.
 
This assessment process ensures that only the most impactful and well-executed projects receive recognition, reflecting the high standards of excellence in the region.
